Our Staff
Let me introduce to you our wonderful staff. Find out who you are talking to on the phone, and their background.
Tammy
Originally founded Dynamic Designs in her home. Tammy has a Marketing Communications Degree. Tammy is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities that comes with owning a company. She has been in the printing industry for over 20 years. She is extremely involved in the community. A member of the Tri-County Optimist Club, Board member of Pulaski United Foundation (PUF), Shawano Country Chamber Ambassador, Pulaski Economic Development Board Member, Wolf River Builders Secretary, and Pulaski Chamber Member and Past President. Besides her involvement in the company and the community, she is a mother of three boys, Zac (9), Josh (7) and Brandon (6). Tammy is married to Bruce, who is also Co-owner of Dynamic Designs.
Bruce
Came on board in March of 2000. Bruce has a background in sales and customer service in the construction industry. Bruce is involved in billing, order processing and sales at Dynamic Designs. Bruce is also very involved in the community. He is a member of the Tri-County Fire Department, in a moments notice he'll run out the door to help someone in need. Bruce loves to bowl, and plays drums and concertina in a polka band called "The Maroszek Bros." Besides his involvement in the business and community he is married to Tammy for over 20 years, and is the father of three young boys.
Barb
Nicknamed "Queenie" for her abilities in the embroidery and sewing departments. We all bow down to her. Barb is also the mother to Tammy. Barb is also co-owner of the company, along with her husband Ron (Tammy's Dad). Barb is also involved full time in the dairy industry, she owns and operates a dairy farm, just west of Pulaski, WI. She puts in a full day and night in most cases. Barb is up early in the morning, milks the cows, comes to work at Dynamic Designs, then goes home for chores again, and comes back most evenings to get the jobs done. She is also famous for her custom quilts that are displayed in our showroom.
Ron
Has a nickname too "Big Daddy". He can do almost anything, and is good at it too. Ron is responsible for screen printing. He also maintains almost all of the equipment at Dynamic Designs, saving us lots of money in the process. He farms with his wife Barb, and too puts in more than a full days work. He says he'll never retire. Lets hope that's true!
Robin
Our very first employee. Robin has been here since 2000. She is a model employee. Works hard, is extremely responsible and very knowledgeable in what she does. Robin is responsible for most of the designing that takes place with your order. She has a degree in marketing communications, and a background in screen printing. She is a wonderful person and super mother of three children; Anna, Josie and Allen. And to top it off, she is married to a wonderful guy, Glenn. Robin is also working on obtaining her 2nd degree black belt!
Heidi
Heidi has been with Dynamic Designs for over eight years. She has a degree in mass communications, and has experience in working with all types of media. Heidi is "on the road" for Dynamic Designs - From Shawano to Green Bay she helps in getting "new customers" as well as servicing our "old clients". When she is in the office, she assists with some marketing and sales, customer service, typesetting and design. Heidi is a well rounded individual. She is married to Mike, and has a set of twins, Jack and Megan (ages 11). Heidi enjoys volunteering at her children's school.
Annette
Annette has been with Dynamic Designs for seven years. She is a definite asset to Dynamic Designs. Annette is responsible for billing, invoicing, order taking, customer service and she takes care of researching promotional products for customers. Annette is also the person that will follow up with each order that goes out, to ensure that you as a customer were completely satisfied. She is a "go getter". Annette has three children: Brittany, Bryce and Brock. She is married to John for over 20 years.
Doreen
Doreen has been with Dynamic Designs since June 6, 2008. Doreen is responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, taking phone and walk-in orders, copying, laminating, filing, advertising specialty research, accounts receivables and other office duties. Previously, she worked at American Medical Security for 11 years in the Marketing Inventory Management Department. Prior to that, Doreen and her husband operated a 150 head dairy farm.
Doreen has been married to Robert for over 30 years. Robert is self employed, running a 500 acre crop farm. He is also the Shawano County Supervisor, representing Green Valley and Angelica Townships, and he on the Town of Green Valley Planning Commission as well. Together they have three sons; Rob, Ryan and Joe. They also have two grandchildren, Jackson and Gabby. They reside in Krakow, Wisconsin.
In her spare time, Doreen enjoys taking walks and getting together with family and friends. She especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Gloria
Another very busy individual. Gloria assists Barb in the embroidery department on a weekly basis. Gloria is always running around. She's always there to get whatever it needs to get done. She works well under pressure. Besides working at Dynamic Designs, Gloria is also the Pulaski Area Chamber of Commerce Administrator. Her husband is a teacher at a local high school. She has three children, and two grand children.
Debbie Laine
Debbie recently joined Dynamic Designs in May of 2010. Debbie is the proud mother of two wonderful girls. Debbie assists in screen printing and production. Debbie is married to Al.
